HISTORY OF ASPARTAME APPROVAL: NEVER PROVEN SAFE
The FDA has the habit of saying about aspartame if science shows problems they will then do something about this poison. Original studies done by G. D. Searle clearly not only showed it caused cancer but an abundance of health problems including horrible birth defects. The molecule breaks down to diketopiperazine a brain tumor agent and caused what brain tumor agents do - malignant brain tumors! G. D. Searle from the beginning tried to hide the findings including excising brain tumors, putting the rats back in the study, and then resurrecting them on paper. Aspartame also caused adenocarcinoma and other cancers. First the FDA tried to have G. D. Searle indicted for fraud but the defense team hired both prosecutors. How convenient! The FDA set up a task force which showed that G. D. Searle was irresponsible and lied and admitted you couldn't accept anything they said. The task force revealed such indiscretions and foolery that G. D. Searle sued to have the records removed from public access. OLD FDA TRIED TO PREVENT APPROVAL AND BOARD OF INQUIRY REVOKED PETITION FOR APPROVAL
The FDA wanted to keep aspartame from public consumption, so since the prosecutors went to work for Sidley and Austin and the statute of limitations had given out they set up a Board of Inquiry. You will find it in full on my web site, www.mpwhi.com
On page 49 of this document it says ..."The Board concludes that approval of aspartame for use in foods should be withheld at least until the question concerning its possible oncogenic potential has been resolved by further experiments. The Board has not been presented with proof of a reasonable certainty that aspartame is safe for use as a food additive under its intended conditions of use,"
What was its intended use? Only in dry foods, limited approval. At that time the FDA admitted it breaks down and said it could not be heated. Also the National Soft Drink Assn (now American Beverage) had protested about putting it in carbonated drinks and mentioned the adulteration law. For some reason they then turned around and lobbied for NutraSweet. Who got to them? Did someone tell them aspartame is addictive and a cash cow?
I personally think a 5 year old child would know if you used Equal in coffee it is thusly heated! Aspartame breaks down at 86 degrees or moderate temperature. Your temperature is 98,6 so all you have to do is swallow it. In 1993 the FDA approved it for baking and reversed their warning it could not be heated.

Back to the Board of Inquiry's decision, you will note aspartame could not be proven safe and no further experiments were done. The last studies G. D. Searle did were done in Dr. John Olney's laboratory. Dr. Olney tried to prevent approval and he was so outraged at Searle's skullduggery that he demanded studies be done in his laboratory so he could oversee them and no fraud could be committed. Those studies showed that aspartame destroys the brain, so Dr. Olney thought there was nothing left to do because with these studies the FDA would not allow approval. What he didn't know was that G. D. Searle never gave the results to the FDA. ASPARTAME COULD NOT BE PROVEN SAFE CONFESSED THE FDA
So when someone says that the FDA approved aspartame and its safe, you can see from the FDA's own Board of Inquiry report that it clearly states aspartame could not be proven safe. The exact words from the FDA's Board of Inquiry are: "Approval of the food additive petition for aspartame (FAP3A2885) be and it is hereby withdrawn. The stay of the effectiveness of the regulation for aspartame 21 CFR 172.804, is hereby vacated and the regulation revoked."
These were the last words - cannot be proven safe and triggered brain tumors, petition revoked. How easy is that to understand. The only reason why aspartame is on the market today is because the FDA Commissioner had to allow 30 days before signing the revoked petition into law. Searle filed suit. G. D. Searle had hired Don Rumsfeld to get it on the market and as the records show he said he would call in his markers and get it approved. Someone from the transition team of President Ronald Reagan called the FDA Commissioner Jeri Goyan and fired him. Reagan wrote an executive order preventing the Board of Inquiry Report from being signed. Then Reagan hired a friend of Rumsfeld from the Defense Department, Arthur Hull Hayes, to be FDA Commissioner so he could over-rule the FDA Board of Inquiry.
ASPARTAME A BIOCHEMICAL WARFARE WEAPON
The actions of the New FDA Commissioner, Arthur Hull Hayes, over-ruling the FDA Board of Inquiry allowed aspartame to be marketed for human consumption. This deadly chemical poison had been listed with the Pentagon in an inventory of prospective biochemical warfare weapons submitted to Congress.

According to the _Washington Post_, Hayes was assigned to Edgewood Arsenal at Fort Detrick, Maryland, the Army's chemical warfare base of operations, "one of a number of doctors who conducted drug tests for the Army on volunteers . . . to determine the effect of a mind-disorienting drug called CAR 301,060." According to a declassified 1976 report prepared by the Army Inspector General, Hayes had planned a research study to develop the mind-altering CAR 301,060 as a *crowd control agent.* In 1972, Hayes left Edgewood Arsenal, and a new plan for the experiments was drawn up by Edgewood physicians. The 1976 report notes that similar tests had been conducted before Hayes took charge."
One informant said her husband did the studies at Ft. Detrick not under "aspartame" but a number and aspartame was proven to be deadly.
OVER A QUARTER OF CENTURY ASPARTAME HAS BEEN EXPOSED CAUSING DISABILITY AND DEATH
I have written this story now for a quarter of a century and at every chance I get when something comes up about the safety of aspartame. There are so many people who give excuses for aspartame when government documents and independent scientific peer reviewed research, as well as thousands and thousands of articles expose the simple fact that aspartame is a chemical poison and carcinogen. The lead scientist, and FDA toxicologist, Dr. Arthur Hull Hayes told the Senate on August 1, 1985 that aspartame caused malignant brain tumors beyond a shadow of a doubt and because it caused cancer it violated the Delaney Amendment which forbids putting anything on the market that causes cancer. So we have the FDA's admission that aspartame causes cancer and violates the law. Then there are the studies by G. D. Searle that showed the cancers, as well as cancer studies over the years all showing aspartame to be a carcinogen. Three Ramazzini Studies by Dr. Morando Soffritti showed aspartame to be a multipotential carcinogen. A study by Harvard showed it to be the longest and strongest evidence in humans for cancer, and this in their own words. Just how much more science do the FDA need?

EFSA - EUROPEAN FOOD SAFETY AUTHORITY
As to EFSA, when the Ramazzini studies were done showing aspartame to be a multipotential carcinogen industry tried to get them to say something was wrong with the study. Finally Dr. Herman Koeter, head of EFSA resigned and said they were pressured by industry to hijack science. Need anything else be said? The Ramazzini studies were so prestigious De. I lived near Columbia, MD and worked as a temp. It was the late 80's and Reagan had been elected president. I was a national officer in the largest christian singles organization and needed to travel a lot so I worked as a prfessional temp.
I was sent from a Laural, Md tem agency to an office complex at a corner intersection near Jessup, Md ( I can find out the exact location if you really need it). I am an executive secretary w/ high skills and made top dollar. This job paid top dollar. I was asked to take piles of paper and COPY, THEN SHRED them. I was told very sternly NOT to read the material and that if I did I would be fired. Well, I grew up in the military in the 60's w/ secrets all around and I'm very curious. I am afterall a paralegal. So, I read while copied and read while shredded.
Here's what was going on. The copies were being sent to France, then I was shredding them, too and the originals were being shredded. They were about the new product not yet on the market, EQUAL. They were the lab results from the tested rats and other animals. The results were outrageous. This stuff killed everything it touched.
I overheard a conversation on the second day by the "boss" and the girls who was telling me what to do. She told him what I was doing and that I was also doing the faxing to France. He was livid and started screaming at her, "What if she reads some of this stuff?" she told him I was too stupid to know what I was reading, even if I did.
What she didn't know was that I was a doctor's daughter, that I had 3 years of college and I was extremely intellegent. Nor did she know that all during my father's college years when he was in charge of the animal lab at his college, he would take me to help give the rats their injections. I knew what I was reading.
We know that you know some of this information, but did you know the originals are in France? I should have told someone then, but WHO? I just never touched the stuff when it came out and tell everyone I know it is dangerous stuff. I didn't know it was the Aspartame in it that was the problem until recently. A friend of mine sent me to this web site so that I could finally tell what I know.
I hope you find that the Reagan Administration (which I believe is the case) did this intentionally. though I'm a republican, that has nothing to do with what happened here.
If they can take Neuronton or other drugs off the market because of their effect on people, they can take this off the market. The cover-up is horrific.

Another informant (Cynthia) who was working for G D. Searle at the time Rumsfeld took over said the day he walked in all studies were removed from the premises. Norma Vera translated G. D. Searle's studies done in six countries said they used people from poor villages who wouldn't be missed. While they did use a lot of aspartame she said it destroyed brains, caused seizures and brain tumors, and other horrors, She also said it hardens the synovial fluids which account for the terrible joint pain victims suffer. Dr. H. J. Roberts who authored the 1000 page medical text on this plague called "Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic", www.amazon.com said not only does the toxin harden the synovial fluids but its the whole chemical mess. One pregnant woman hemorrhaged, lost her baby and then disappeared. I asked Norma what excuses did they use when the people died and she said, "in one case it said the man bumped his head don a chair, got a blood clot and died". I doubt today there are any survivors although one physician in Mexico has a copy of these studies.
The FDA while saying they are broken (2009) have refused every ban from not only myself but doctors, researchers and even 12 toxicologists, this with full knowledge the FDA originally said it couldn't be proven safe and causes cancer and violates the law.
One good thing that is happening is that under Proposition 65 in California, the Carcinogen Identification Committee continues to investigate whether aspartame is a carcinogen. Of course, it is and FDA records and scientific peer reviewed studies prove it
THE PROBLEMS AND WHAT TO DO:
The FDA does more damage than good. Since Arthur Hull Hayes took office the old FDA who did everything possible to prevent approval of aspartame became known as the new FDA, a friend to Big Pharma instead of their adversary. They became known for their raids against safe vitamins and herbs, and then the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 amended the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to establish standards. The raids against what is healthful became so well known there were even parades with one video called "Let Truth Be Your Bias" narrated by James Earl Jones. Signs were made for the parade against the FDA and this happened in 1991, after the FDA had the audacity to raid Dr. Jonathan Wright with guns, over a supplement. Signs read such things as "Dr. Wright made me well, FDA go to hell". In the 1970's Dr Jacqueline .Verrett, FDA toxicologist wrote a book against her FDA called "Eating May Be Hazardous to Your Health". It's out of print although you can get a used copy on the net, Dr. Verrett testified before Congress in 1987 that aspartame had still not been proven safe, and this was 6 years after it had been approved and after one congressional record in 1985 because of the outrage of the public over the sickness and disability of aspartame.
... The modus operandi of the FDA is to ignore or postpone or write and say they have more important things to do. Doctors, researchers, the public and even a dozen toxicologists have demanded a ban on aspartame. FOIA's have gone unanswered and I have them going back two decades. After speaking in person to the Speaker of the House who resided in Georgia, even his assistant was unable to get the FDA to answer 24 questions. Here is a letter to the FDA in 2003 about these 24 questions, http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets/dailys/03/May03/052803/02p-0317-let0001.txt Here it is 2017 and they have yet to answer. No matter how important a FOIA is they will always give you the excuse "competing priorities: Fourteen years have gone by on this FOIA and the FDA has never answered. Evidently, in their regulations it says you can postpone an answer if something you are doing has a high priority. Tomorrow never comes. I have sent many FOIAs over the years that have remained unanswered to this day. The FDA is legend for serving above the law. We have chapters not only in the US but 44 countries. Yet the power of these monsters who put profit before life keep aspartame from being banned and now have gotten Advantame approved which could even be worse.
Many don't know why they can't get sick friends or family off the toxin but not only is aspartame addictive but being a psycho drug changes personality. An informant from Pepsi declared that the National Soft Drink Assn did a ten year study and never published it, showing aspartame triggers birth defects, blindness and Alzheimers. I ran into someone from NSDA when I was giving out flyers years. She tried to say aspartame was safe until I mentioned the studies. She didn't deny them but said, "no way you could have those studies".
While the FDA said in 2009 they were broken, nothing is being done about it and the lies and deceit continue. Even Federal Trade refuses to do anything about the deceitful advertising, { calling aspartame a diet product} saying they don't have funds or time. If they don't have time to do their job they need to close down. It's obvious they just want to avoid the controversy because all independent studies on the subject have shown aspartame causes weight gain. Then the dairy people petitioned the FDA to allow aspartame in dairy products unlabeled to get children to use it in schools. Consumption of foods and beverages with low-calorie sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose and saccharin rose 200 percent among children between 1999 and 2012. Remember nothing ventured nothing gained. This document was responsible for getting diet soda and other aspartame products out of grammar and middle schools in Chicago. Also remember that Dr. Ralph Walton who recently did a study on aspartame and autism says all gum, whether labeled or not has aspartame in it. It's one of the most dangerous products because its buccal and goes through saliva straight to the brain. It's like using nitroglycerin under the tongue.
MIT *The Massachusetts Institute of Technology stated by 2025 one out of two children will be born autistic. While they believe its Roundup and this product is deadly injuring our whole family when sprayed without our knowledge, there is no doubt that most of it is due to aspartame because there is no pregnancy warning on aspartame and a deal was struck between FDA and G. D. Searle to seal the teratology studies that showed neural tube defects, spina bifida and cleft palate for starters. Above you see the progress and the problems. There is nothing as strong as consume power in action but it has taken over a qquarter of a centuery to get the warning around the world. Even when I visited Albania they knew aspartame was bad news. The major problem is getting the FDA who admits being broken to act. Not only is aspartame disease a global plague but consider with other poisons like sucralose, GMO's, vaccines, etc. the interaction is no doubt killing millions. If we don't get aspartame banned before they put already approved Advantame on the market, and who knows if it will be labeled, it indeed will be a poisoned world.
We have come this far by exponentiation. If a million people give out one flyer a day, the next day 2 million will know. If you don't buy it, they can't sell it. Not only have soda fountains been banned in France but the aspartame industry was sold for one Euro - $1.12 in France. Here in the US the FDA may be broken but tyhey know aspartame is poison from their own records. Most countries have never done studies made public. Like in New Zealand they admitted no studies were done and they simply rubberstamped FDA approval. So for people in other countries health ministers need to be asked to ban aspartame. I've provided a great deal of information. If you do nothing more than forward this data many will stop using it. Yesterday I had a study done so information was given to all medical personnel and those in the waiting room. Also asked them to remove the Splenda from their waiting room. There is always an opportunity to save a life from aspartame. We must get aspartame off the market to prevent the flooding of Advantame, a new aspartame product. .
