A reward for up to $5,000 is now being offered for any help to solve a kitten killing case in Spokane.

Wesley O'Dell and his wife were walking their dog in the Emerson Garfield Neighborhood when they came across a dead kitten strangled with phone chargers and cords tied around its neck.

PETA is offering this reward for information that can lead to an arrest. Anyone with information should call SCRAPS at 477-2532.
