Climate engineering is a completely runaway juggernaut of total insanity. The planet's climate system is unraveling by the day as the geoengineers try frantically to control it with ever more desperate and destructive measures (which were a primary cause of the climate disintegration in the first place). As the photograph below clearly shows, powerful radio frequency transmissions have a profound effect on clouds that have been aerosolized by the jet aircraft spraying of toxic electrically conductive heavy metals.
RF transmissions over the Prince Edward Islands can be seen in the image below.
Massive Aerosol operations off the west coast of the North American continent, such heavy spraying is used in conjunction with RF transmissions.
Bizarre cloud configurations commonly occur due to the radio frequency bombardment of the atmosphere for climate modification purposes.

The following image is from the Eastern Pacific, June 26, 2015. The 90 degree angle cut out of the aerosolized cloud cover is a signature of RF influence.
After over 65 years of climate "intervention", very real damage has been done to the Earth's life support systems (along with countless other forms of anthropogenic destruction to the biosphere). The climate engineers are now appear to be attempting to use the very same intervention methods which caused the damage in the first place, to mitigate the harm already done. There is no sanity in this equation. The visible RF influence in the noctilucent cloud image below indicates probable evidence of project "LUCY" and project "ALAMO" at work. The ongoing radio frequency saturation in our atmosphere is extremely harmful to living organisms, including us.

If we are to have any chance whatsoever of salvaging the planet's life support systems, climate engineering must be exposed and halted. Make you voice heard.

I am writing you from the Philippines.
We survived this terribly strong and slow moving typhoon Koppu, which was an almost direct hit on our home town of Alaminos on the west coast of Luzon. Upon landfall on the 17th Oct. on the Luzon east coast it was a category 4 super typhoon and very slowly traversed Luzon as a cat 3 typhoon.
I want to tell you about our observations. In this country nobody even speaks about geoengineering, but the PH government is clearly in on this activity as civilian airplanes (I'm not yet sure weather PH Air does this also) continue spraying toxic aerosols in the PH skies 24/7 with impunity.
Commercial planes from Honk Kong etc. heading for Manila do not fly the shortest straight path but follow the curved coastal line to make sure they spray all the major coastal towns in west Luzon.
One day prior to the typhoon's landfall there were really giant and very visible HAARP signatures in the sky, i. e. these wavy RF transmission ripple waves and multiple (aerosol) cloud formations like arrow heads all pointing to the southeast.
Further the majority of the multi-agency typhoon forecast routes had the typhoon traverse Luzon until approx. the middle of Luzon and then turn sharply north. Only the US navy's forecast route was heading directly towards us in Alaminos and so it happened! The salient point here is: the US navy is in charge of HAARP!!!

Just look at the weird track of this cyclone! I hope the tracking map still is there.
So this obviously was a manipulated and directed cyclone to inflict maximum damage. This is weather warfare. My best wishes to you all,

Hello All,
I am writing you from the northern west coast of Luzon in the Philippines. Since some 8 weeks there is serious geoengineering in our skies. Sometimes I also see these weird pulse like formations which probably is HAARP. It seems that most commercial airlines worldwide are participating in this toxic aerosol spraying. I am convinced that the PH government knows about this spraying and probably is part of it also.
Does anybody know whether there are any international agreements in place already ( Open Skies Treaty etc. ) allowing foreign planes to spray over other countries just like that?
Today I identified a Cathay Pacific flight from Hong Kong to Manila spraying during daytime over my home town here in the PH.
The planes presently are mostly doing it during overcast skies using the cloud cover, at high altitudes or during the night as almost every single morning our skies are messed up with this white/silverish haze and some bizarre unnatural clouds. The chemtrailing is lately rarely being done during clearer skies.
The local mainstream media, the weather forecasters nor private people on the internet or in You Tube touch this subject with one word. There were some comments on this subject during 2013 and 2014, but nothing since then.
The vast majority of people here is blissfully ignorant or live in complete denial as so many people all over the world.

The last few days were spray days and the low pressure that tried to bring rainfall which a week ago was forecasted to have heavy rain across the PWN was killed. Most places only got a few whimpy showers.
A few days ago thunderstorm forecasts were showing up so they sprayed and got the low pressure killed. I think when it looks like they are not spraying they are doing ot heavily over the pacific ocean to block storms.
They are also trying to prevent any extremes which is why there is no 100F days in Portland yet despite the record being 107F there.
They want a total stagnant airmass so the warmth will be steady but in a way that makes the worst possible air quality with no way to break it up.
They are LITERALLY trying to weaken our immune systems to systematically kill us which I think is to disrupt the 2016 elections like how they steered Hurricane Sandy to make sure they had their half black leader. I bet they want people to be anxious and panic by that time so there can be an excuse for martial law and that will elect our king for life! I refuse to call him President because he acts more like King of America.
