As soon as MacAfee stated that "India programmers" wrote the javascript on
a Fed native mainframe computer, I said "SHIT !!!!! NO WONDER IT DOESN'T
WORK !!!!1" India can't get "customer service" correct. Their India based computer
skills are notoriously bad. The decades old standard was established to always do
new development on a separate mainframe computer. Minis and PCs mostly
eliminated that standard.
A not well known "dirty little secret" is that many US corporations had Y2K remediation
done in India, ONLY, being forced to correct their errors once the "conversions" were
delivered to the US. That was a simple two position date field expansion. Writing
competent JavaScript is at least multiply more complicated.

this is another horror show about to happen.
