I contacted researcher Pat Shannan regarding this video and specifically the "Babushka Lady" and he responded:

The picture is real but the text is another intentional distortion of history (Booth died in the barn; Armstrong first on the moon; Gulf of Tonkin attack, etc.)

Actually, this is Beverly Oliver and that is pretty much undisputed since she identified herself not long after publication of the pix. She comes to the JFK Lancer annual gatherings, where I met her around 1999, and is well known to all. I didn't realize that the FBI is still denying who she is, but if that is true, it would be because of what they and Warren Commission might have feared the trail might lead to, and would stem from the fact that she knew Jack Ruby and had sung in his nightclub. Also, hers is another whose camera and/or film was confiscated by an FBI agent (she still has his card) and never returned -- another reason for denying who she is.

Pat has recently published "The JFK Assassination and the Uncensored Story of the Two Oswalds" which you may find of interest.  Pat has also researched the Apollo Moon Landing and has concluded, as have many others, that it was a hoax.
