If he parked it behind a restaurant, he could get free food delivery, three times each day.
Then, he could have done something meaningful with the inside, like a hot tub and sauna;-)))))
I vaguely recall that full size trailer boxes go for as little as $2,000.00, allowing him to have
income producing condo-apartments. Course, he'ld need a bigger restaurant to feed them all;-)))))
