Re: B12 was //Re: MedicalConspiracies- 26 out of 54 People Who Avoided These Foods Got a Brain-Destroying Vitamin Deficiency

Hi Jane

thanx for that tidbit!  is it 'exportable'?  :)   Maybe my local 'Horse store?" :) again

isnt' it amazing how reasonable Animal meds are ... the cost of animal husbandry just won't support the wild and crazy treatments that the human population is willing to pay for! [I loved your comment about injections]

I smiled later after reading your message when my player came on with "Tie me Kangaroo Down"
thanx for the note from 'Down Under"

Wm - here in Australia you can buy injectable B12 in the product store for horses 200mL/$12 - you can also buy ampoules without a script from the pharmacy - 2 x 1mL amps for $20 - I was wondering about using the former as a transdermal application possibly with DMSO to increase absorption. Only because I hate injecting my self - it is much more painful than injecting patients :))

While I have known for some years about  the risks of strict Veganism, and have also become aware that injectable B12 [of course, a Prescription controlled and regulated item!] will alleviate these -- pls note that it is next to impossible to get a MD to prescribe it! -- I have used B12 sources to assist those who are sensitive to the realization that B12 deficiencies can/will lead to dramatic deficiencies as listed under the "Initial Symptoms paragraph" which often include severaly reduced cognitive function, and have noted that ALZ symptoms often just diasppear!
