Hopefully that is who they are and they are from the Galactic Federation. We do have our own UFO's that have been back engineered. The Galactic Federation has placed UFO's over some of ours and foreign missile silos and deactivated them when they have been powered up. The Galactic Federation has declared they will not permit an all out nuclear war here on earth. The government would have us believe these aliens are the bad guys.
