I've known of and used Kombucha for many years, probably 11.

 

Its a wonderful healthful drink, can be made at home and all it requires is the initial step of acquiring the "Mushroom" that activates the reaction [organic Chemical reaction] to get the
'tea going'  after that, it a 'breeder' typt in that it keeps forming a new mushroom each time you ferment a batch. These can be reused and/or passed on to others.

 

I have a really informative [12 page] technical paper on it if you'd like to have it please  emaile me back and I'll send it on to you. I'd rather not post it here on the site for what I believe are obvious reasons.
