Hello everyone,
When I read the report on fluoride this morning ( posted on the Multi-D list ), I can't tell you how hard it hit me. I have been fighting what's called IBS for the past few years now and my progress is poor at best; thanks to homeopathics, botanicals and nutritionals I've made some progress. Now, after reading this report on fluoride, I realized that I am constantly undermining my efforts toward healing each time I drink or bath in the city water! I am stunned!
My grandchildren are starting to have the 'gluten' intolerance already in their young lives. Everyone, it seems, in our adult community are having memory problems and some have advanced to dementia. On each occasion I have noticed that the dementia victims soon evolve into Alzheimer victims! I blame much on fast foods, etc. but have overlooked this hidden, or stealthy, culprit – fluoride.
Now I have to figure out how to greatly reduce or eliminate fluoride from my daily bodily intake. How is that done? How do you take a shower without the skin absorbing fluoride? What can I buy to remove fluoride from the city water I use? Many questions are now in my mind.
I would greatly appreciate articles being posted on this subject here on our Multi-D list. I know Jeff Rense has been beating this drum for years, but for some reason the time must be right for the 'beat' to penetrate my thick skull.
