If you look far enough you can probably find the same thing on most every nationality like when the native Americans would war on other Native Americans raiding each other's villages, killing all the men and stealing their wives, children, cattle and horses and burning the villages behind them. the same with the natives in Africa and South America. Napoleon and Hitler, Attila the Hun and Genghis Khan. there are lots of them back through history. And did you notice? These things are always started by the leaders and their immediate underlings and they conscript their own people to do this and tell them all sorts of lies to get them all fired up. What about the Conquistadores from Rome in South America. There are bullies even in the smallest of conclaves
