[MedicalConspiracies] Aluminum is added to most drinking water to treat particle suspension, they call it "FLOC"

Karen,
Virtually  your Brita is useless for fluoride and for Aluminum; since it does not remove any of the aluminum anions,  but it does make the water taste better.

The BRITA filter does not remove fluoride as it is a negatively charged ion (anion)
  1. The BRITA water filter cartridge can remove aluminum cations and, depending on the concentration, can reduce it by up to 60%. Aluminum anions are not removed by the BRITA filter medium.
