Dear Felicity.  I''m putting this on the list so people will not believe aspartame is  not available in Europe.  Sales are down so much in the US, but in  Europe the aspartame manufacturers really try to protect England,  Scotland and France where people are not as knowledgeable as in the  US, because of the controversy for years.  That's why the  manufacturers intimidate the press there.  I don't know how this got  around, somebody's wishful thinking I guess.  However, Ajinomoto knows their days are numbered inasmuch as they are  changing the name and trying to get people to believe its another  product.  This, of course, needs to be stopped.  I was on Montel Williams radio show and he had read this some months ago.  Love.
