Arrest made in case of horrific dog abuse (Photos)
Fresno, CA - Shortly before Christmas, a Poodle named Clover was rescued from the backyard of a home where he lived life on the end of a plastic rope, surrounded by trash and without shelter.
The plastic rope which Clover was tethered to had so severely cut into his neck that he was nearly decapitated.
Though Clover was rescued from the neglectful situation, the outcome was not good - the injured dog died just after Christmas as a result of his horrific wounds.
On Thursday, an arrest was made in conjunction with this horrific case.
According to KMPH News, authorities arrested Rosalba Flores - the woman accused of Clover's abuse.
According to witnesses, the woman cried as she was led away from her Madera home.
How long had Flores listened to Clover's cries as he suffered alone in the yard?
