Thanks Jan - on that recommendation - I will look into it further - my sole experience was to make some custard for my diabetic husband & ate some of that having put a desertspoon into the whole mixture & perhaps having eaten half of the custard. (Don't think I have every had a sinus infection.)

Hi Jane,

 

My chiropractor recommended it to me 5 or so years ago, and I can attest to the fact that it really helps with sinus infections!  Maybe you are eating too much at once?  If we don’t have the proper flora to digest each new substance we ingest, it can cause diarrhea.  Starting small with any new dietary addition, whether it is some food or some supplements or whatever you are adding to your diet, assures that you can grow the proper flora in the intestine, so that you don’t get diarrhea.
