Hi Thahir,
Hypothyroidism as well as the other endocrine system diseases such as Graves disease, goiter, etc. respond very well to iodine. MOST of the people in this country are iodine deficient due to the lack of sea food in our diets. And especially now with corexit being dumped by the TON into the oceans of the world, which not only poisons and kills the fish, mollusks, shell fish, etc. it kills any who eat them as well, because it causes internal hemorrhaging, so we must be very careful of eating seafood at this point in our history.
The common food items the ad referred to was probably seafood or kelp. Both have high iodine content. Both, now, are dangerous to eat because of the radiation from Fukushima and the dumping of corexit. So the next best thing to do is supplement Iodine. I have several excellent articles on the importance of iodine as well as diseases it cures. If you’d email me at healingenergy2@gmail.com I’d be glad to send them to you. You can find more info on my website http://vibrantenergy.webs.com and I do offer Lugol’s 5% iodine for sale there as well. I am a strong believer in the necessity of supplementing iodine because of the lack of it in our soils in the USA, and because of the constant bombardment of radiation coming from Fukushima. The list of diseases that iodine deficiency causes is amazing! It is an aid in preventing prostate cancer for men and breast cancer for women! If you want more info, just email me.
Love and blessings,
Jan Slama
