Eliminating the Parasites That You Almost Certainly Have and Curing Lupus

Written by

http://healthwyze.org/index.php/component/content/article/243-eliminating-the-parasites-that-you-almost-certainly-have-and-curing-lupus.html

Parasitic infestations are an epidemic in the United States, with most sources estimating that a massive 85% of Americans have parasites. Because of this, we recommend a parasite cleanse every six months, care in choosing restaurants, and washing after exposure to animals.

Unfortunately, most doctors are not trained in the treatment of parasites. It is only when parasites are visually seen that American doctors will suspect them, which requires an especially terrible case. There are many symptoms of parasite infestation which people experience in daily life, believing that these issues are completely normal. While sickness has become somewhat normal in the modern lifestyle, it does not need to be. The amount of damage that can be caused by parasites is virtually limitless, because many types of them are small enough to travel anywhere in the body through the blood stream. Parasites obtain sustenance by robbing the body of nutrients. They are the root cause of lupus, with all other issues being secondary to the parasitic infection. Therefore, lupus cannot be cured without a thorough parasite cleanse. Lupus is officially reported to be just another "incurable disease" and an "autoimmune disorder" by the establishment. Most parasites can be avoided by thoroughly cooking foods and by never drinking unfiltered water.

Identifying Common Parasites

  • Round worms: Living in the stomach and intestines, these worms enter through undercooked and contaminated food. Remember that manure used in organic farming may be contaminated with worms. Therefore, this parasite is one reason to avoid raw produce diets. Always wash your hands after having contact with pets; especially if there has been any contact with their feces.
  • Heart worms: It is extremely rare for heart worms to occur in humans. In the few cases that were reported, they usually occurred as a single worm in the lungs, rather than the heart. They cannot be spread from one animal (or human) to another, but must be spread through mosquitoes.
  • Tape worms: Enter the body through undercooked beef, fish or pork. They live in the lower intestinal tract. Use gloves and wash thoroughly after preparing meat for consumption to prevent them.
  • Pin worms: Living inside the intestinal tract and lungs, these small white worms come out at night to lay eggs around the anus. The eggs hatch, and then the young worms reenter through the anus. If the person scratches during his sleep, the eggs get under the fingernails, spreading to wherever the person touches. It is believed that they are small and lightweight enough to become airborne, leading people to inhale them. This is how they are purported to arrive inside the lungs.
  • Hook worms and thread worms: These can be found in contaminated drinking water, or they can enter directly through the feet. They are tiny in size, and can enter through the soles of bare feet; even without open wounds. Always wear shoes when walking outside. These worms are unique because they have a lifespan of several years, and the eggs can incubate for up to 10 years.

Symptoms of Parasite Infection

  • Repeated diarrhea or constipation
  • Chronic, unexplained nausea, often accompanied by vomiting
  • Fatigue and weakness
  • Intestinal cramping
  • Unexplained dizziness
  • Foul-smelling gas
  • Indigestion
  • Bloating
  • Multiple food allergies
  • Loss of appetite
  • Itching around the anus, especially at night
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Difficulty maintaining a healthy weight (over or underweight)
  • Itching on the soles of the feet, often accompanied by a rash
  • Coughing blood (severe cases)
  • Palpitations (hook worms)
  • Anemia
  • Facial swelling around the eyes (round worms)
  • Wheezing and coughing, followed by vomiting, stomach pain and bloating (suggesting round worms or thread worms)

Allopathic Treatments

If a conventional doctor believes that you have parasites, he will prescribe an anti-parasitic pharmaceutical. These pharmaceuticals are always toxic, for it is their toxicity that kills the parasites. Thus, swelling of the lymph nodes, hands and feet are common with these drugs. Vision problems, lack of coordination, and convulsions can also occur. Diarrhea is typical too.

Naturally Eliminating Parasites

  • Black walnut hulls
  • Wormwood
  • Cloves
  • Pumpkin seeds or pumpkin seed oil capsules
  • Garlic
  • Neem *
  • Thyme
  • Marshmallow root
  • Diatomaceous earth

* Do not take neem if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, because it can work as a contraceptive.

We do not recommend choosing one of the anti-parasite formulas that are available in retailers, since they are usually overpriced and formulated at very low concentrations.

Diatomaceous earth is probably the best natural anti-parasitic medication. It is a natural pesticide that does not harm humans or pets. It is believed to kill insects, worms and parasites by dehydrating them. When used on ants, it usually takes approximately 20 minutes before they are all dead. One tablespoon of diatomaceous earth taken by an adult, once a day for seven days, is believed to be extremely effective for killing all parasites. When it is used on children, bear in mind that height is a better indicator of the size of their G.I. tracts than their weights. Thus, a child who is 4 feet tall should take 2 teaspoons, and a child who is 2 feet tall should take 1 teaspoon.

If you take the diatomaceous earth route, then we advise you to only buy it food grade. Industrial diatomaceous earth is used for swimming pool filters, but it has been chemically treated, so this type is not safe to eat. Try to avoid rubbing it onto your hands, since it will have a drying effect upon the skin. Diatomaceous earth contains heavy metals as part of its mineral content, but it also contains selenium, which allows otherwise accumulative heavy metals to be safely flushed from the body. Therefore, it is not really a health concern despite the trace presence of aluminum and lead. We recommend taking selenium supplements for a week after discontinuing this treatment to ensure that the body thoroughly neutralizes the metals. Concerned individuals can follow the parasite cleanse with a metal cleanse. Our research indicates that diatomaceous earth is the best overall parasite treatment for humans, because it can kill blood-borne parasites as well. When using it, be sure to drink plenty of fluids, because it will dehydrate a person considerably.

Wormwood and black walnut hulls are known to kill adult worms, whilst cloves kill eggs. Some people use this trio for treating parasites, instead of diatomaceous earth. It is recommended that you take 500 mg. of wormwood and black walnut hulls, whilst taking 1/2 teaspoon of cloves daily for about 14 days. The other herbs listed can be used to augment these two core protocols.

As parasites die, they release toxins through their excrement and from rotting. The most common parasites, the worm type, attempt to escape by burrowing deeper into the intestines, which can cause sharp cramps. Even when dead, the body is still burdened with the task of flushing them out. This whole process can initially make the person feel sicker than before he began the cleanse, but this is only temporary, and it is a sign that the cleanse is working. It is known as a Herxheimer reaction when people become sicker as a result of the toxins that are released by dying parasites. While fatigue and grogginess are to be expected, normal life may be continued, and diarrhea should not occur. Eat a good, wholesome diet throughout the cleanse to ensure that your immune system is at its strongest. After the cleanse, you should feel better, have more energy, and experience sickness less often.

Deworming Pets

A cat or dog is best treated with diatomaceous earth and pumpkin seed oil. Do not feed pets walnut hulls, wormwood, or any other supplement without first researching its effects upon animals. For instance, onion can kill dogs.

Bone Soup Nutrition

Bone soup, commonly referred to as bone broth, or soup stock, is a liquid made by boiling animal bones in water with a little bit of vinegar. After 2 to 48 hours of simmering, the liquid in the pot is kept and the bones are discarded. The end ingredient is a broth that contains all of the valuable nutrients that are found in animal bones. According to "Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients," the liquid left is highly nourishing and is valuable both as a food and as a medicine.

A Classic Treatment for Colds and Flu

Bone broth has been used throughout the ages as a remedy for the sick and weak, says TLDP. One of the most classic uses for it is as a treatment for colds and flu. It is, however, valuable for both the prevention and treatment of a myriad of other health conditions. According to TLDP, the cartilage found in animal joint areas such as chicken feet and beef knuckles, trachea and ribs, hooves and skin, tend to yield the most nutritious broth and are therefore recommended.

Prevent or Treat Mineral Deficiencies

Bone broths contain a high quantity of the vital minerals calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, sulfur, fluoride, sodium and potassium. Deficiencies of these minerals are common today, because they can be hard to digest, and they are not readily supplied in processed foods. A deficiency in any mineral can result in mood and behavioral disturbances, says TLDP, and broth can be an excellent preventative and curative remedy for mineral deficiencies.

Reduce Anxiety and Insomnia

According to TLDP, the minerals found in bone broth can promote healing of the intestinal tract, and both soothe and stabilize mood. Also, bone broth is a particularly rich source of calcium and magnesium and may therefore be beneficial for supporting strong bones. It may also be helpful in calcium or magnesium deficiency related insomnia, irritability, fatigue and anxiety.

Heal Wounds and Obtain Healthy Skin

Bone broth is also a rich source of collagen and hyaluronic acid, says TLDP. According to Patentstorm, collagen is a protein found in the body that provides strength and flexibility to skin, hair and nails. Collagen is also an essential component of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, blood vessels, bones and cartilage. When combined with hyaluronic acid, as it is in bone broth, the two substances help to improve the appearance of the skin, promote wound and injury healing, protect connective tissue, and strengthen bone cartilage.

Protect Your Heart and Bones

Bone broth is also a rich source of chondroitin sulfate, which is an anti-inflammatory substance commonly sold in supplement form. It has been found to be capable of both alleviating joint pain and rebuilding connective tissue. It may also help to improve blood circulation and it contains anticoagulant properties, and may be useful at preventing blood clots, strokes, and heart disease. The TLDP says it may help to prevent and or heal osteoarthritis, atherosclerosis and high cholesterol.

A Plethora of Other Health Benefits

TLDP lists more than 75 different conditions that bone may be helpful for including arthritis, allergies, cancer, malnutrition, immunity, detoxification, insomnia, anemia and inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's and ulcerative colitis. With so many benefits, this nourishing and inexpensive soup may be one food item that is well worth the effort required to make it.

By Dr. Mercola

According to an old South American proverb, "good broth will resurrect the dead." While that's undoubtedly an exaggeration, it speaks to the value placed on this wholesome food, going back through the annals of time.

The featured article by Dr. Amy Myers1 lists 10 health benefits of bone broth. Sally Fallon with the Weston A. Price Foundation2 has previously published information about this healing food as well.

First and foremost, homemade bone broth is excellent for speeding healing and recuperation from illness. You've undoubtedly heard the old adage that chicken soup will help cure a cold, and there's scientific support for such a statement.

For starters, chicken contains a natural amino acid called cysteine, which can thin the mucus in your lungs and make it less sticky so you can expel it more easily. Processed, canned soups will not work as well as the homemade version made from slow-cooked bone broth.

For best results, you really need to make up a fresh batch yourself (or ask a friend or family member to do so). If combating a cold, make the soup hot and spicy with plenty of pepper. The spices will trigger a sudden release of watery fluids in your mouth, throat, and lungs, which will help thin down the respiratory mucus so it's easier to expel.

But the benefits of broth don't end there. As explained by Sally Fallon:3

"Stock contains minerals in a form the body can absorb easily—not just calcium but also magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulfur and trace minerals. It contains the broken down material from cartilage and tendons--stuff like chondroitin sulphates and glucosamine, now sold as expensive supplements for arthritis and joint pain."

The Healing Influence of Broth on Your Gut

In later years, medical scientists have discovered that your health is in large part dependent on the health of your intestinal tract. Many of our modern diseases appear to be rooted in an unbalanced mix of microorganisms in your digestive system, courtesy of an inappropriate and unbalanced diet that is too high in sugars and too low in healthful fats and beneficial bacteria.

Bone broth is excellent for "healing and sealing" your gut, to use Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride term. Dr. Campbell's GAPS Nutritional Protocol, described in her book, Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS), centers around the concept of "healing and sealing" your gut through your diet.

Broth or "stock" plays an important role as it's easily digestible, helps heal the lining of your gut, and contains valuable nutrients. Abnormalities in your immune system are a common outcome of GAPS, and such immune abnormalities can then allow for the development of virtually any degenerative disease...

The Healing Benefits of Bone Broth

As the featured article states, there are many reasons for incorporating good-old-fashioned bone broth into your diet. The following health benefits attest to its status as "good medicine."

Helps heal and seal your gut, and promotes healthy digestion: The gelatin found in bone broth is a hydrophilic colloid. It attracts and holds liquids, including digestive juices, thereby supporting proper digestion Inhibits infection caused by cold and flu viruses, etc.: A study4 published over a decade ago found that chicken soup indeed has medicinal qualities, significantly mitigating infection
Reduces joint pain and inflammation, courtesy of chondroitin sulphates, glucosamine, and other compounds extracted from the boiled down cartilage Fights inflammation: Amino acids such as glycine, proline, and arginine all have anti-inflammatory effects. Arginine, for example, has been found to be particularly beneficial for the treatment of sepsis5 (whole-body inflammation).

Glycine also has calming effects, which may help you sleep better
Promotes strong, healthy bones: As mentioned above, bone broth contains high amounts of calcium, magnesium, and other nutrients that play an important role in healthy bone formation Promotes healthy hair and nail growth, thanks to the gelatin in the broth

Making your own bone broth is extremely cost effective, as you can make use of left over carcass bones that would otherwise be thrown away. And while the thought of making your own broth may seem intimidating at first, it's actually quite easy. It can also save you money by reducing your need for dietary supplements. As mentioned above, bone broth provides you with a variety of important nutrients—such as calcium, magnesium, chondroitin, glucosamine, and arginine—that you may otherwise be spending a good deal of money on in the form of supplements.

Easy Chicken Broth Recipe

Both featured articles include a sample recipe for homemade chicken broth. The following recipe was provided by Sally Fallon, writing for the Weston A. Price Foundation.6 Her article also contains a recipe for beef and fish broth. (You could also use turkey, duck, or lamb, following the same basic directions.) For Dr. Myers' chicken broth recipe, please see the original article "10 Benefits of Bone Broth + Gut-Healing Recipe."7

Perhaps the most important caveat when making broth, whether you're using chicken or beef, is to make sure they're from organically-raised, pastured or grass-fed animals. As noted by Fallon, chickens raised in confined animal feeding operations (CAFOs) tend to produce stock that doesn't gel, and this gelatin has long been valued for its therapeutic properties.8 As explained by Fallon:

"Gelatin was universally acclaimed as a most nutritious foodstuff particularly by the French, who were seeking ways to feed their armies and vast numbers of homeless in Paris and other cities. Although gelatin is not a complete protein, containing only the amino acids arginine and glycine in large amounts, it acts as a protein sparer, helping the poor stretch a few morsels of meat into a complete meal."

Besides that, CAFO animals are fed an unnatural diet that is not beneficial for their intestinal makeup, and they're also given a variety of veterinary drugs and growth promoters. You don't want any of these potentially harmful additives in your broth, so make sure to start off with an organically-raised product.

Ingredients for homemade chicken broth9

1 whole free-range chicken or 2 to 3 pounds of bony chicken parts, such as necks, backs, breastbones, and wings

Gizzards from one chicken (optional)

2-4 chicken feet (optional)

4 quarts cold filtered water

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 large onion, coarsely chopped

2 carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped

3 celery stalks, coarsely chopped

1 bunch parsley

Please note the addition of vinegar. Not only are fats are ideally combined with acids like vinegar, but when it comes to making broth, the vinegar helps leech all those valuable minerals from the bones into the stockpot water, which is ultimately what you'll be eating. The goal is to extract as many minerals as possible out of the bones into the broth water. Bragg's raw apple cider vinegar is a good choice as it's unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Cooking Directions

There are lots of different ways to make bone broth, and there really isn't a wrong way. You can find different variations online. Here, I'll offer some basic directions. If you're starting out with a whole chicken, you'll of course have plenty of meat as well, which can be added back into the broth later with extra herbs and spices to make a chicken soup. I also use it on my salad.

  1. Fill up a large stockpot (or large crockpot) with pure, filtered water. (A crockpot is recommended for safety reasons if you have to leave home while it's cooking.)
  2. Add vinegar and all vegetables except parsley to the water.
  3. Place the whole chicken or chicken carcass into the pot.
  4. Bring to a boil, and remove any scum that rises to the top.
  5. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting and let simmer.
  6. If cooking a whole chicken, the meat should start separating from the bone after about 2 hours. Simply remove the chicken from the pot and separate the meat from the bones. Place the carcass back into the pot and continue simmering the bones for another 12-24 hours and follow with step 8 and 9.
  7. If cooking bones only, simply let them simmer for about 24 hours.
  8. Fallon suggests adding the fresh parsley about 10 minutes before finishing the stock, as this will add healthy mineral ions to your broth.
  9. Remove remaining bones from the broth with a slotted spoon and strain the rest through a strainer to remove any bone fragments.

Bone Broth—A Medicinal 'Soul Food'

Simmering bones over low heat for an entire day will create one of the most nutritious and healing foods there is. You can use this broth for soups, stews, or drink it straight. The broth can also be frozen for future use. Keep in mind that the "skin" that forms on the top is the best part. It contains valuable nutrients, such as sulfur, along with healthful fats, so just stir it back into the broth.

Bone broth used to be a dietary staple, as were fermented foods, and the elimination of these foods from our modern diet is largely to blame for our increasingly poor health, and the need for dietary supplements.

Both broth and fermented foods, such as fermented veggies, are simple and inexpensive to make at home, and both also allow you to make use of a wide variety of leftovers. When you add all the benefits together, it's hard to imagine a food that will give you more bang for your buck.

MedicalConspiracies- Bone Broth Beats Glucosamine…by a Mile!

Bone Broth Beats Glucosamine…by a Mile!

http://myhealingkitchen.com/medical-conditions/arthritis/arthritis-make-it-better/toss-the-glucosamine-bone-broth-is-more-effective/

Did you know that the only thing between you and a thrifty, dramatically effective joint remedy is a little time spent tinkering in the kitchen?

After today, you can stop forking over $20 to $40 per bottle for glucosamine and chondroitin and make a more effective "supplement" for a few bucks.

Deeply nourishing and richly flavored, bone broth has been a part of traditional cultures for centuries, and for good reason.  Bones, cartilage, crustacean shells and egg shells were all known to release their healing nutrients when cooked in slightly acidic water.  Manufacturers have been extracting glucosamine and chondroitin from animal cartilage and crustacean shells, and selling these compounds to treat people with arthritis. But studies are now showing that both whole cartilage and eggshell membranes are more effective than the chemically-extracted glucosamine and chondroitin.

1. What is bone broth? It is the delicious result of allowing bones, crustacean shells and eggshells to simmer for hours in water with a splash of vinegar.  The acidic water and heat pull minerals and other nutrients out of the bones, cartilage and shells, resulting in a broth with unsurpassed flavor and body.

This traditional food has been abandoned by many as the fast pace of life forces us to eat out and use canned or boxed broths when we do cook. Unfortunately, the packaged stuff only gives us sticker shock,  flat flavor, additives like MSG, and a fraction of the nutrition.

2. Chicken cartilage beats glucosamine/chondroitin supplements hands-down. In the 1990's, researchers discovered that glucosamine and chondroitin reduce arthritis pain and stiffness. But they may not be the most effective healers, because several studies show that whole chicken collagen capsules (made from cartilage) work better than the extracted glucosamine and chondroitin.

One of these studies was reported in the International Journal of Medical Science. In it, 52 subjects with osteoarthritis were randomly assigned to take glucosamine and chondroitin or undenatured type II collagen capsules (made from chicken cartilage) for 90 days. Those taking collagen experienced less pain during both active and resting times of the day and night. Collagen-takers also resorted to less pain medication.

3. Eggshell membranes also outperform glucosamine and chondroitin. Eggshells contain both glucosamine and chondroitin, but several studies seem to indicate that whole eggshell membrane acts more quickly and comprehensively than glucosamine and chondroitin.

One study found that osteoarthritis patients experienced less pain in as little as ten days, while related study of people who had joint and connective tissue disorders had 27% more flexibility after seven days. After 30 days, patients had an astonishing 72% reduction in general pain, a 43% increase in flexibility and a 75% reduction in pain associated with range of motion.

4. Go for bone broth. You could buy eggshell membrane and chicken cartilage supplements, but why not just make some bone broth for free?  Stock your leftover bones, vegetable scraps, eggshells and crustacean shells in the freezer. When you're ready to cook, pull them out and toss them in a stock or crock pot. Splash with vinegar, add water to just cover ingredients, and simmer for at least a day. Cool, strain, and divide it in small containers to freeze. Check out our official bone broth recipe here.

And best of all–bone broth tastes great! Use it to deepen flavor  in soups, stews, gravies, bean dishes and to cook whole grains. One of my favorite ways to use bone broth is Broccoli Soup with Leeks and Yogurt.

Keep Getting Better,

Jim Healthy

MedicalConspiracies- Fw: [DEFCONlist] DEFCON Warning System - Update 1/1/15

There are currently no imminent nuclear threats against the United States at this time.
Credible reports have come forth indicating that Russia has moved nuclear weapons into the Crimea region. It is not known why this information has not been made public by Ukraine, nor is it exactly known why Russia has done this. It is not believed that the weapons are under Crimea control, but rather maintained by Russian forces.
Poland reports an unusual amount of Russian activity around the Baltic Sea, likely meant to test Nato response in the region. NATO is building up forces along Russia's border, which is highly likely to play to Russia's inherent fears about invasion and Western aggression. The U.S. also plans to station a brigade of tanks in Europe. While these plans were in place before Russia invaded the Ukraine, it is very likely to be seen by Russia as a response to their invasion and annexation of Crimea. Additionally, there is consideration of moving medium-ranged nuclear missiles to Europe in response to Russian nuclear deployments in violation of several treaties.
The United States has begun to normalize relations with Cuba, attempting to neutralise further Russian influence over the island. The European Union has removed Hamas from its list of recognised terrorist organisations, while Germany's Communist party has taken control of the state parliament. ISIS claims to have material for a dirty bomb, referring to radioactive material that was acknowledged by official sources to have been stolen from Mosul University.  The DEFCON Warning System believes the threat is credible.
China continues to test hypersonic missile delivery systems, designed to defeat U.S. anti-ballistic missile defenses. China also is preparing to arm its submarine fleet with first-strike nuclear weapon capability. It should be noted that China has a stated no-first-use policy with regards to nuclear weapons, however the DEFCON Warning System does not place a high value on such statements by any country. China has also recently tested a ballistic missile with multiple independent warheads (MIRVs), another significant advance in nuclear weapon technology for the country, while Russia begins deployment the Yars ballistic missile, which is capable of carrying ten warheads.
The DEFCON Warning System is a private enterprise which monitors world events and assesses nuclear threats against the United States by national entities. It is not affiliated with any government agency and does not represent the alert status of any military branch. The public should make their own evaluations and not rely on the DEFCON Warning System for any strategic planning. At all times, citizens are urged to learn what steps to take in the event of a nuclear attack.
If this had been an actual attack, the DEFCON Warning System will give radiation readings for areas that are reported to it. Your readings will vary. This system serves northern Stevens County, Washington and Hutchinson County, Texas. Official news sources will have radiation readings for your area.
