For example, did you know that if the tiny little oval sticker on
your produce has a 5 digit code, beginning with the #8, it's
Genetically Modified (i.e. man-made, fake food)?

And did you know that if the sticker on your fruits and veggies
has 4 digit code, and it begins with the #4...

...the produce is grown with chemicals and pesticides?

Always make sure the stickers on your produce have a 5 digit
code, that begins with the #9, to ensure you're getting naturally
grown, organic produce.

To Recap:

- 5 Digit Code beginning with 8 = GMO (avoid)
- 4 Digit Code beginning with 4 = Grown with chemicals and pesticides
(avoid)
- 5 Digit Code beginning with 9 = All-natural, organic (eat)

This is just one of many ways that you can begin to decode the
healthy foods you buy and eat to ensure you're not getting
ripped off.
