MedicalConspiracies- How does one easily nest a military 1 qt. plastic canteen...

with supplied aluminum cup and separately bought
aluminum "stove" so that all three fit into the
canteen cover and snapped shut ?

I've tried inverted stove into the cup and cup into
the inverted stove. Neither works.

Also, what is recommended stove fuel and can it be
stored inside the cup ? I presume that the cup needs
to be washed prior to use. Thanks, Bruce
