Something to be aware of.....
Even if you aren't yet personally on Medicare, you will want to be aware
of this if it remains in place, as it affects all of us! It is being
tested in the courts now and rightly so. Whoever wrote that clause of
"under observation" into the fine print ought to be tarred and feathered.
