Super Moon January 1st

We start of the New Year with a New Moon in Capricorn! A SuperMoon with some strong aspects at play calling us to activate and unearth that which has been lying dormant within.

There will be 5 SuperMoons this year. This one and another on January 3oth, both New Moons, and the other three will be Full Moons. Here is the scoop on SuperMoons, EarthSky.org says:
"The term supermoon didn't come from astronomy. We used to call them perigee… 'near Earth.' An astrologer, Richard Nolle, is credited with coining the term supermoon. He defines them as:

. . . a new or full moon which occurs with the moon at or near (within 90% of) its closest approach to Earth.

"By this definition, a new moon or full moon has to come within 361,863 kilometers (224,851 miles) of our planet, as measured from the centers of the moon and Earth, in order to be a supermoon."

How Hemp Oil Cures Cancer And Why No One Knows

Cannabis extract medicine, also known as "hemp oil" when referring to the type pioneered by Rick Simpson, is a concentrated formulation of cannabis that is ingested orally. By eating large quantities of the oil over a three to six month period, nearly any disease you can imagine can either be cured or completely controlled. This is possible because cannabis medicine works fundamentally through the endocannabinoid system, the superregulatory system of our bodies that maintains homeostasis in the other systems.

You can see the reality of cannabis medicine's effectiveness in all the things that smoking it is good for. It is widely known and observable that people with cancer, chronic pain, inflammatory conditions, and other conditions smoke cannabis with remarkable efficacy.

When you think about that, it's pretty crazy that setting something on fire and inhaling the resulting smoke (thus getting the cannabinoids in a low-concentration form through the lungs, which are not meant to ingest things) works better than many expensive pharmaceuticals.

Masaru Emoto discovered that if thoughts and words are directed at water, the water crystals undergo changes depending upon whether the words or thoughts are positive or negative.

Positive thoughts lead to changes in the water crystals that make some of them look like fractals and snow flakes while negative thoughts make the water look distorted.

Emoto's work has been published in his book, "The Message from Water," it provides evidence that human vibrational energy, thoughts words, ideas and music affect the molecular structure of the water crystal.

One of the most interesting examples of his was the water from the Fujiwara Dam, before and after receiving a prayer from a Zen Buddhist Monk.

We already understand that water is quite malleable, that means it easily takes new physical forms as per the environment it is in, like water in the can takes the shape of the can etc. But we can't see the molecular structure of it and just like its physical form the molecular form adapts to the environment.

2013 is winding down. A whole new year is on the horizon.

Now is the time to explore the major themes in your life – and set some new ones for your next trip around the sun. Maybe that means reviewing what worked…and what didn't. Or reflecting on the obstacles you faced, and the odds you beat.

You might be trying to predict what's to come, and hoping to set a new tone for 2014, filled with meaning and purpose.

Think you need a little nudge in the right direction? There's a simple way to stay on track and get clear on what you want to achieve next year.

Let's call it the word game. All you need to do is pick a 'word of the year' for yourself.

Yep, just one word… to guide you.

No, you don't have to choose right this second (but sometimes trusting your gut instinct isn't such a bad idea). Consider your life's patterns and review the cycles you constantly repeat.

In a video revealing some scary facts about products labeled as organic, Mark Kastel, the Senior Farm Policy Analyst at the Cornucopia Institute, states that over 100 synthetic substances, as well as non-organic additives, are currently approved for use in organic foods.

The Cornucopia Institute is, as described by Kastel, an "organic industry watchdog" based in Cornucopia, Wisconsin. Upon a review by Cornucopia's staff of the ingredients allowed in organic products since the USDA took over regulations in 2002, Kastel states that they found:

"A corporate and governmental conspiracy to allow almost any chemical petitioned by agribusinesses in organic food, regardless of the fact that Congress mandated review of all such substances to make sure that they will not damage the environment or human health."

The following are some examples of non-organic ingredients allowed to enter organic foods:
  • Synthetic, genetically modified DHA and ARA oils collected from algae and soy fungus, grown in a medium of GMO corn.
  • Synthetic ingredients such as glucose syrup solids and sugar alcohol mannitol, along with others that are "undisclosed."
  • Synthetic solvents such as isopropyl alcohol.
  • Other ingredients so processed that they can no longer be called natural.
According to current USDA laws, all synthetic ingredients that are used in organics must be reevaluated every five years.

I've been spending some time recently; looking back over different periods of my life, as we humans tend to do at year's end...tis the season & all that. My thoughts drifted back to those lazy summer days of my youth when gas was a quarter a gallon, everyone had their own piece of earth bordered by galvanized cyclone fencing, and at night we were serenaded by a thousand frog chorus. I remember the TV station's nightly sign off: "Sleep well, your National Guard is awake." Everywhere there was the feeling that we were headed for a bright, shiny future.

Here in the land of excessive excesses we live in gated communities or apartment buildings as more single family dwellings go vacant from bankruptcy every single day. Few of us sleep well anymore since our National Guard was destroyed by sending them into foreign wars of conquest, and we fall asleep to the sounds of drones overhead. There are no more frogs, they're gone now, as are many species of birds and other wildlife, and gasoline will soon be as precious as gold itself. Many of the books I read as a child are now banned!

My old man made a pretty decent living for us back in the day, even though it drove him into an early grave in the doing of it. The economy was strong, and everyone my folks knew had a tidy savings account they were building their nest egg upon. We took a three week vacation every single year which allowed me to see and experience the raw natural beauty of this country we reside in. Even in the city many didn't lock their doors at night, and about the worst trouble kids got into was busting street lights & making prank phone calls to get prince Albert released from the can.

THE race to put man on the Moon wasn't enough of a battle for the global super powers during the Cold War.

At the time, the Soviet Union and the United States were in an arms race of a bizarre, unconventional kind - that has been exposed in a new report.

The Soviets poured at least $1 billion into developing mind-controlling weaponry to compete with similar programs undertaken in the US.

While much still remains classified, we can now confirm the Soviets used methods to manipulate test subjects' brains.

The paper, by Serge Kernbach, at the Research Centre of Advanced Robotics and Environmental Science in Stuttgart, Germany, details the Soviet Union's extensive experiments, called "psychotronics". The paper is based on Russian technical journals and recently declassified documents outlining practices from 1917 to 2003.

The paper outlines how the Soviets developed "cerpan", a device to generate and store high-frequency electromagnetic radiation and the use of this energy to affect other objects.
