This is Wolf, most of you know me and my fight for the restoration of the Constitutional republic of America.
Below are two major issues that I want to bring to your attention. Please take the time to understand that our republic is in jeopardy and that if we do not act LAWFULLY then we might as well just surrender. If you are receiving this, it means you have NO desire to surrender.
I am NOT asking for money, but if you believe we can save our Constitutional republic then we need to start right here in the great state of Montana.

FIRST of TWO
Did you know that the current 13th amendment should be actually the 14th? That the ORIGINAL 13th amendment was removed from the Bill of Rights without a vote of the various states. There are arguments on both sides but the FACT of EVIDENCE does not lie. Here is proof.

In September, 2002, the TONA Research Committee acquired the book "Military Laws of the United States to which is prefixed the Constitution of the United States", authorized by Secretary of War John C. Calhoun, compiled by Major Trueman Cross, Deputy Quarter-Master-General of the Army, published in Washington in 1825. It contains the 13th Amendment in its proper place.[Frontis Page], [Request for Authorization], [Authorization by JCC], [Image of Page 14, Amendments 1 - VI], [Image of Page 15, Amendments VI(Cont) - XII], [Image of XII(Cont) and XIII]
If you review those pages it shows that the 13th amendment WAS law of the land as described in the book listed above. However, Further evidence of this is present in the 1845 Documents(which there are secured copies of) by the State of Texas, who at the time of the printing of this book OR the passing of this law, was NOT a state. Therefore the listing of the ORIGINAL 13th Amendment is proof positive that it WAS adopted as a Constitutional Amendment.
Therefore ANY lawyer who is part of the BAR, and caries the title of nobility of Esquire, is stripped of the American citizenship and in ineligible to hold public office. You want to get corrupt politicians and judges out...here is your opportunity.
SECOND OF TWO
We need to amend the Montana Constitution to reign in the out of control power of the "legal" system. And here is the LAWFUL way we can do it. Will it be easy? I think it will be OR it will prove that our governing body is beyond saving. I present to you 3 Constitutional Amendments by the People that will strip the "legal" system of their corrupt power.
1: Constitutional People Grand Jury amendment.
This will establish a Constitutional Amendment that will in ALL cases brought forward by ANY government agent or agency, before any warrants are issues or arrests made, that a Grand Jury MUST be convened, where evidence from BOTH plaintiff and defendant MUST be presented for further action. Currently only a district judge can convene a grand jury and that is a violation of Constitutional laws.
2: Fully Informed Jury amendment:
It will establish that a judge (like in New Hampshire's new law) MUST inform the jury of their right to find guilt or innocence AND determine the validity of the law in question. (want to stop the irs, common core or obamacare? Here is the answer)
3: People Protection Amendment.
This will strip internal investigations of law agencies and judicial reviews of judges of any involvement in complaints filed against them and create a People's tribunal to review the complaint and ALL evidence to determine if the state attorney's general MUST take action.
