During my Data Processing career, I briefly worked for the CT State Department of Corrections,
assigned to correct the computer programming errors, created by a State "programmer", who
had transferred to another department.  The project had been funded by a Federal LEAA Grant,
to create an Inmate Tracking System, that, once completed, would be implemented in CT and
made available to whatever other States wanted the system.  This was a VERY BIG DEAL,
that the prior programmer completely F**KED UP.

While there, I discussed numerous issues with a well seasoned State Police Officer.  One was,
there are certain things that a perp should never do, because, prison time would be worse than
H**L for them.  One was NEVER  ABUSE, ESPECIALLY,  NEVER  MURDER  A  KID  !!!!!  The
below linked article begins addressing this.  It does not really detail what DOES  HAPPEN,
which I know.  I'll reveal one, here.  The article states that (SIC) this mass murderer is being
held in solitary confinement for his own protection from those cons who are just waiting for
THEIR  TURN to "EDUCATE  GOSNELL".  Yeah, he will be assigned to solitary for his sentence,
BUT, as that CT Statey winked at me, "paperwork errors happen all the time".  If Gosnell doesn't
receive State Ordered Capitol Punishment, "a paperwork error" will eventually assign him to
General Population.  Every prison is run by people who have families, and are quite frustrated by
political ill will to properly deal with criminals.  He's dead.  bruce
