These officers and directors share Blackwater.
One of them, Cofer Black, known for his brutality as one of the directors of the CIA, was the one who made contact with Monsanto in 2008 as director of Total Intelligence, entering into the contract with the company to spy on and infiltrate organizations of animal rights activists, anti-GM and other dirty activities of the biotech giant.
Contacted by Scahill, the Monsanto executive Kevin Wilson declined to comment, but later confirmed to The Nation that they had hired Total Intelligence in 2008 and 2009, according to Monsanto only to keep track of "public disclosure" of its opponents. He also said that Total Intelligence was a "totally separate entity from Blackwater."
However, Scahill has copies of emails from Cofer Black after the meeting with Wilson for Monsanto, where he explains to other former CIA agents, using their Blackwater e-mails, that the discussion with Wilson was that Total Intelligence had become "Monsanto&# 39;s intelligence arm," spying on activists and other actions, including "our people to legally integrate these groups." Total Intelligence Monsanto paid $ 127,000 in 2008 and $ 105,000 in 2009.
No wonder that a company engaged in the "science of death" as Monsanto, which has been dedicated from the outset to produce toxic poisons spilling from Agent Orange to PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls), pesticides, hormones and genetically modified seeds, is associated with another company of thugs.

Steve Miller, former Director of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), admitted at a Congressional hearing that the taxes collected by the IRS are not mandatory – but voluntary.
When questioned at the House Ways and Means Committee (WMC) hearing
last week, Miller told House Representative Devin Nunes that "America's
tax system is 'voluntary'".
When Nunes remarked for clarification that
the US tax code is a "voluntary system", Miller said, "Agreed."
House Representative Xavier Becerra commented that the ruse of the IRS is kept as a public confidence in the system scheme to keep Americans paying money to the IRS.
Miller confirmed this is so.
The shuffle at the IRS has landed Danny Werfel as the new acting director.

real scandal is, how many scandals there've been in the last 5 years,

due under the Bankruptcy laws; and the granting of ownership rights to
the UAW who had no legal claim.

President Obama -- The CEO Who Knows Nothing

Remember
Kevin Costner's movie, "No Way Out"? President Obama could star in the remake. Either
he knew about the IRS scandal and he should be impeached…or he knew nothing
about it, and he should resign for incompetence.
Take
your pick.
The
reason I believe he is lying is because I've never heard of a CEO who knows
nothing going on under his own command.
Certainly
Obama has always given the impression he knows everything going on. When it
came to his big success -- the killing of Usama bin Laden- the Obama White
House was quick to take full credit. We heard the narrative that Obama was
involved in all the planning. He knew every minute detail. Obama was the
hands-on CEO. It was Obama's "kill."
Let's assume for a moment that Obama really knew nothing about the IRS
scandal. That would make him the most incompetent and clueless CEO in history.
It was
like a UFC Championship bout to the death: Osama versus Obama. That's certainly
what the public relations spinners at the Obama White House wanted us to
believe.
But
suddenly, when it comes to the IRS scandal, the president has morphed from
Chuck Norris to Sgt. Shultz of "Hogan&# 39;s Heroes." He knew...NOTHING.
He heard...NOTHING. He saw...NOTHING. Suddenly it's a VERY big government and
no one man can know what's going on under his command. Suddenly he is the
ultimate hands-off CEO. Suddenly he was too busy on the golf course.
Even
when the Obama White House was briefed on the IRS scandal during election
season, senior aides told Obama nothing. Why on earth would they bother to
mention to the CEO that a massive scandal is under investigation, one that
involves his own employees who are acting like gangsters to destroy his critics
and opponents? No one would bother inform a CEO about a little thing like that,
right?
The
first time the president of the United States allegedly found out about the IRS
scandal was on a Friday, just 10 days ago, just like the rest of us. We are led
to believe he was watching CNN and they mentioned the IRS scandal. And I guess
we're to believe that Obama turned to his Chief of Staff and said, "Wow, those
IRS dudes really went rogue!"
Suddenly
Obama gets his news about what his own government is up to from the media. This
would be funny, if it wasn't tragic.
We're
being lied to by our own president. I believe he knew about the IRS scandal,
because it was his White House doing the targeting.
I am
living proof. I am a witness to how bad this scandal really is -- with a
personal story of IRS harassment and persecution to make your toes curl. Pure
coincidence, you think? Just low-level rogue employees acting on their own, you
think?
You think
they got this idea all on their own? They went rogue out of the Las Vegas
office of the IRS, at the same time other low-level IRS employees went rogue
out of the Cincinnati, Fresno and Washington, D.C. offices.
These
same low-level career bureaucrats that decided to profile, target, and
persecute me, also chose to persecute Billy Graham, James Dobson, various radio
talk show hosts, and people associated with Tea Party groups, conservative
foundations, Jewish pro-Israel groups, and any group daring to educate the
public about the U.S. Constitution. And all of this was decided "on the fly" by
low level employees, in different offices, with no coordination, and no orders
from above.
Do you
believe that? Really? Then, I've got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.
But
let's assume for a moment that Obama really knew nothing about all this. Well
that's almost as damning as if he knew. That would make him the most
incompetent and clueless CEO in history.
Let's
use the example of a CEO of a public company on Wall Street. He steps up to the
podium with cameras flashing and says, "There was an organized mafia-style
intimidation and extortion scheme going on among my employees…with the intent
to destroy my competitors. I never knew a thing about it. I was not involved. I
found out this morning by watching CNN. I'm as shocked as you."
Note:
this is where the audience laughter drowns out the CEO. The next series of
events are clear. The Board terminates this CEO on the spot. The company
announces a lawsuit to recover all his salary and stock options. The SEC
announces an indictment and he is prosecuted under RICO statues for fraud,
racketeering and extortion. He loses everything and goes to prison.
There
you have it folks. This IRS scandal did involve a rogue employee. That rogue
employee is our rogue president.
Rest
assured you've only seen the tip of the iceberg. This IRS scandal will soon get
much worse. And it will lead to the president himself -- if the media does
their job.
But if
it turns out that Obama really knew nothing…if he was too busy playing golf to
bother with running his own government…then the problem is even worse than we
imagined. In that case, we have a CEO who knows nothing running the U.S.
economy and commanding the U.S. military.

and all correspondence related to your application. This will enable us to quickly and accurately

Please don't fax and mail your response. Faxing and mailing your response will result
in unnecessary delays in processing your application. Each piece of correspondence

processing time. It takes a minimum of three workdays to process your faxed or
mailed response from the day it is received.
If we don't hear from you by the response due date shown above, we will assume you no
longer want us to consider your application for exemption and will close your case. As a
result, the Internal Revenue Service will treat you as a taxable entity. If we receive the

of Texas website. We have made it part of your file. Because we have provided a copy
of this information to you, it is available for public inspection as part of your exemption

2. The Secretary of State of Texas website also indicates your organization&# 39;s Entity
Status is "Forfeited existence." Please correct that the situation with the state and then
submit documentation showing resolution of the matter.

a. Provide a copy of the print communication or a transcript of the broadcast
communication.
b. Provide the date when the communication was first disseminated to the public;
the period of time it was made available to the public; and the frequency the
communication was printed or broadcast during that period.
c. Describe the geographic area where the communication was disseminated to the
public.
d. State whether the communication was part of an ongoing series of substantially
similar advocacy communications by your organization on the same issue. If so,
identify the other communications in the series with the dates those
communications were first disseminated to the public.
e. State whether the communication identifies specific legislation, or a specific
event outside your organization&# 39;s control, that your organization hopes to
influence.
f. Describe any considerations that influenced the timing of the communication and
whether those considerations were tied to events outside the control of your
consideration.
g. State the total expenses used to prepare and disseminate the communication.
11. Has your organization engaged in any activities with the news media? If so, please
describe those activities in further detail and, if available, provide copies of articles
printed or transcripts of items aired because of that activity. New media activity may
include the following:
a. Press releases
b. Interviews with news media
c. Letters to the editor
d. Op-ed pieces
12. Provide the following information for all the public events conducted or planned to be
conducted by your organization:
a. The time, location, and content schedule of each event
b. Identify and provide copies of handouts to the audience
c. Identify workshop materials that instructors will use
d. The names and credentials of the instructors
e. If speeches or forums were or will be conducted at the event, provide detailed
contents of the speeches or forums, names of the speakers or panels, and their
credentials. If any speakers or panel members will be paid, provide the amount
will be paid for each person. If not, please indicate they volunteered to conduct
the event.
f. The names of persons from your organization and the amount of time they will
spend on the event. Indicate the name and amount of time they will spend on the

event. Indicate the name and amount of compensation that will be paid to each
person. If no one will be paid, indicate this event will be conducted by volunteers
to each person.
g. Indicate the percentage of time and resources you will spend on these
activities in relation to 100% of all your activities.
13. Have you conducted or will you conduct candidate forums or other events at which
candidates running for public offices are invited to speak? If so, provide the following
details and nature of the forum including:
a. The names of candidates invited to participate
b. The names of the candidates who did participate
c. The issues that were discussed
d. The time and location of the event
e. Copies of all handouts provided and distributed at the forum, including any
internet or advertising material discussed or used at the forum.
f. Indicate the percentage of time and resources you have spent or will spend
conducting these activities in relation to 100% of all your activities.
