Maybe Defense Distributed will franchise their concept to small business owners in
every State. They 3D print whatever they have as digital data files for only State
residents who pass a NICS. If I understand correctly, it is entirely legal to bypass
mucho red tape and manufacture firearms for State resident use. The challenge
comes should one move to another State. Maybe the firearm is sold in the original
State for the price to make the duplicate in the new State ? Just think'n;-))))) bruce
