Maybe, they're asking the wrong person ? MA's Joe Kennedy frequently touted chavez
in his Citizen's Energy ads for discounted Venezuelan oil, that CE then sold to the poor.
Reportedly, chavez did this to improve his image in America. Although I disliked the
Kennedy / chavez relationship, I far more greatly disliked that the poor were literally
freezing to death in winter, because they coiuld not afford ameriKan heating oil. bruce
