The real power is those delegates at the upcoming GOP convention. The two-party system is a distraction, a sideshow designed to grab and keep our attention by producing a lot of "heated" debate, arguments and political attacks while accomplishing very little. Neither party is serious about finding solutions. George Washington feared the corrupting influence of political parties with their spirit of factional selfishness and the weakening of the influence of religious morality on public life. On both counts, he was right. The Democrats and Republicans have betrayed us........
