i would like to know more about bringing down TSH level or treating hypothyroidism naturally. all kinds of alternative approaches are welcome. please help me in this regard. somewhere on the internet i read that some very common grocery items can cure hypothyroidism very effectively. but as it was an advertisement, they did not mention the names of those items. does anyone know about these grocery items?
