Thanks, Bruce. I’d heard that, too. I have no first hand knowledge of who they are or who pays them, but I do know, you can’t just take what they say and believe it. If a liar lies about one thing, they will lie about many, and you’ll never know which is which.

Subject: MedicalConspiracies- Snopes on Asparagus for Cancer
Quite some time ago, it was revealed that the snopes founders were HUGE
democratic party donors. The investigator discovered that snopes always
posts pro D Party propaganda. I'd say its reasonable that they would do
the same corruption for your other issues.

I've found that Snopes is totally unreliable in several areas. You can't
accept them at face value or believe anything of what they say when it comes
to alternative medicines. (Here there are quoting Johns Hopkins cancer
center! Oh, yeah let's believe what mainstream medicine says about any
alternative cures!) And I've found that they are also totally unreliable
when it comes to Christianity and politics! They don't know or check their
facts, even when given to them!!! More than one person has reported GIVING
them facts, only to be ignored, and the errors left on their Snopes site.
Please don't tell me to check with Snopes. If I can't believe them on three
issues I know a bit about, what CAN I believe them about, especially if I
don't know what ERRORS they are propagating on whatever the issue might be?
This husband and wife team, who work from home putting up Snopes website,
are PAID by someone to follow certain lines of propaganda and one of those
is debunking anything to do with alternative medicine. Who pays them???
You decide. I, for one, will not give Snopes ANY credence whatsoever, due
to the lies and misrepresentations I've seen over the past couple of years
on their website.
Love and blessings,
Jan Slama
