The messages continue to flood in, reminding me that our physical health is directly tied to our emotional state. I found this article really interesting! It confirms what I have experienced in my life and the lives of the students I teach.
"Cell biologist Glen Rein discovered experimentally that anger, fear, and similar emotions have the power to contract the DNA molecule, compressing it. On the other hand, emotions such as joy, gratitude, and love unwind or decompress DNA exposed to them. This effect could be created on samples up to a half mile away from the 'sender' of the emotion. Years earlier in Russia, remote influence experiments with human targets presaged Rein's results and proved that remote human intention could be used to effect physiological and conscious processes in a distant human target, as well as send telepathic messages.
"Pertinently, in another series of Rein's, those with coherent electrocardiograms could wind or unwind the DNA at will, while those with incoherent heart energy could not. Further, in these experiments, simply feeling love-based emotions was not enough to effect the DNA samples. The intent to alter them had to be present.[12] "Rein's research makes a direct connection between torsion energy and life-affirming emotions, particularly unconditional love, indicating that the latter literally propels evolution, asserts Luckman.€Only the love-based emotions stimulate DNA to decompress so that messenger RNA can access codes for healing. So if we want to be healed ourselves, if we want to be free of disease, we must concentrate on our love based emotions. We must feel the emotions and use the intent of our will to make changes within us. We must stop fearing and hating and not forgiving. These are DESTROYING us. It's not hurting the ones we hate or fear or won't forgive! Our feelings don't even touch them! But these feelings destroy the one feeling them!
And sure, it is easy to say I will forgive someone or I will stop hating them. But then, to see if it is really true, think back to what they did to cause this feeling in you. Play it out like a movie in your mind. Can you still say there is no emotion but love rising up for them? Can you truly say, I don't hold it against them anymore? Or are you proved a liar by the negative emotions you still feel?
Our conscious mind is readily willing to say "It's all in the past. I don't want to hold on to that anymore," because our conscious mind is oriented to present day and the future. But our subconscious, the recorder of our history and the great power which controls our life, STILL FEELS that event as if it were done to us today. That's why you can cry when you think of loss or laugh when you think of something joyful that happened. The Subconscious knows no time. Then is now. The Conscious mind works in the present, so it can say, "I forgive," and mean it. But the Subconscious, which also controls our bodily functions—heartbeat, respiration, immune system, etc., damages your body with destructive chemicals released during these periods of anger, fear, hatred, bitterness, resentment, jealousy, unforgiveness, etc.
And now we learn our negative emotions can even damage our DNA! They not only allow disease to enter, but they prevent us from healing!
The wonderful technique which I teach, allows you to go directly to your subconscious, almost like self-hypnosis, but without the trance, and make the adjustments to your memories and emotions that are necessary for a healthy happy life. We don't have to live at the mercy of our Subconscious any more. We can calm the stresses and pain of the past in minutes. We can truly forgive. We can have peace and joy and contentment.
