There are several alarming changes that we need to question. "Voluntary regional agreement", water bank, and "trust water right program" Hillis Rule Amendment: Chapter 173-152 WAC – “Water Rights” These proposed rules were filed July 7. Public comment ends Sept 1, 2010.
Find your watershed: see how your watershed management plan is being implemented. Ecology said these changes involve the "Trust Water Rights program." and will not affect certain people, but it is mentioned in watershed management plan.
